    “Couldn't get the heat transfer kit to open which didn't matter as we didn't get really wet boots but if we were staying there longer would have had to dry boots in lounge.”

Our linen service will provide all sheets, pillowcases, towels, bath mats, and tea towels for your stay. We’ll also make up the beds for you prior to arrival and strip them down after your departure. Pillows and duvets are provided at the property.

Inside you'll find a fireplace to keep you toasty on those chillier nights and of course a spacious drying room for the wet ski gear to be ready for the next adventure-filled day! Enjoy this fantastic location with close proximity to all the major attractions. Approximately a 20-minute drive away you'll find Whakapapa where you can walk up to the ski mountain. And just a few minutes walk away from home, you have the shuttle service which heads up to the world-famous Tongariro Crossing! Whether you want to test your skills on the slopes, hikes the ranges of Tongariro or just sit back and admire the views from your backyard - Lykkebu has you covered!


Please note that the bunk in bedroom 1 is a queen bunk bed (one queen bed on top of another).
