Carmen “Bachcare were incredibly hard to deal with….”
When we needed to contact them about changing our dates, it took 3 days of phone calls and emails, and going to the parent company to get a result. The property was immaculately clean, thanks to the property managers, but the leaks in the shower doors badly need to be addressed, and the neighbours swearing and partying right next to our bedroom till 2.00am was a problem. Especially paying so much. So we left a day early. There needs to be a quiet/indoors time like other holiday companies. ...

So to sum up, property manger’s brilliant, Bachcare would avoid dealing with again.
