To be honest, we loved the old look also. Thank you for sharing your home with us and we look forward to returning at Easter.

We were really pleased with our stay and particularly enjoyed sitting in the sofa chairs by the windows enjoying the views and sun! The balcony’s are also relaxing places to sit, as well as the back patio area - all with brilliant sea views. The dining area is nice and also has great views. The place is very clean and all furnishings were new and spotless - it’s clear the place has only recently finished renovations (there are a couple of things that appear a little unfinished in the renovations but they’re minor). The carpark is a little difficult to squeeze into but we managed it with some careful manoeuvring. Two of the bedrooms with 2x single beds are very small - we weren’t able to keep our bags in the rooms as there’s only under bed storage - they also got very warm throughout the night but are okay. We’d certainly stay here again and recommend it to others.

After a small hiccup trying to get into our unit all went well. Tip: Don’t have children looking after your rental properties that have no idea what they are doing. Over an hr we waited for the girl to come back to us waiting for the correct code only to call again and find she’d forgotten about us . Storm and rain coming in and no cover for our bags or us !!! Not impressed . However the home is lovely . A credit to the owner/renovator Fully equipped kitchen, laundry and bathroom. There was only 1 bathroom n toilet so I’m glad there was only 2 of us otherwise it would have been a problem. Lovely views and close to the beach .

We only downgraded two parts of the survey: 1. the beds were quite uncomfortable for the older bodies (found very hard!). The keybox, just couldn't be opened despite numerous attempts by us both!. Fortunately, the previous people (or cleaner), had left the main bedroom door unlocked, allowing us to access the property. This is exactly how we had the leave the property when we vacated. Also left a note for the cleaner regarding this matter. Being a very practical man, I would strongly recommend, that the keybox be relocated, to a position, that is not down so low, particularly for people with limited ability to bend stoop etc, but also to get it working as it should. Otherwise, one of the best places to stay in Kaiteriteri. Thanking you all, Lewis

Our linen service will provide all sheets, pillowcases, towels, bath mats, and tea towels for your stay. We’ll also make up the beds for you prior to arrival and strip them down after your departure. Pillows and duvets are provided at the property.
