    “Lovely affordable kiwiana bach.”

    Being so close to the beach was amazing, the photos are a true representation of the house. Comfortable with all the amenities you need on holiday. Comfy beds, wifi a bonus. Being able to travel with our family, including the dog - having a fenced garden (for kids, or pets in our case) was what sealed the deal. Loved our stay and would recommend to others.

Linen

Our linen service will provide all sheets, pillowcases, towels, bath mats, and tea towels for your stay. We’ll also make up the beds for you prior to arrival and strip them down after your departure. Pillows and duvets are provided at the property.

The property

Located just a one minute walk from the beach, Surf Sound is a two-bedroom plus mezzanine Omaha bach with unlimited WIFI. Even your family pet is welcome! This Omaha accommodation has an open-plan living area with TV and Chromecast, that feels modern and cosy. The fireplace keeps you toasty during cooler stays, or wander onto the generous deck for laid back BBQ's in the sun! Bedroom one at this Omaha accommodation is situated downstairs and is fitted with a double bed. Upstairs, bedroom two is located off the mezzanine area and is fitted with a queen bed. The open plan mezzanine includes three single beds. The family bathroom and laundry are located downstairs. Make a plan for the day and be sure to factor in the available beach gear you'll have access to in the garage. When you are not relaxing on the deck, stroll to the beach just moments from your door... All the basics are on hand for a refreshing beach getaway! When everyone gets home off the beach, the onsite outdoor shower is just what you need to rinse off any sand that made its way home with you. About the location

Just an 8-minute drive from Matakana is the long stretch of a white sandy surf beach that is Omaha. This is a great area to base yourself from, located within a short drive to all the gems of the area such as Snells beach, Sandspit, Campbell's Beach and Tawharanui National Park. The best place to be in Omaha is certainly beachside, watching surfers battle the waves or taking a dip in one of the calmer areas yourself.
