“The house itself is well located and has a great view.”
There are serious doubts however about the level of maintenance and cleaning of the property. The main entrance (sliding door) could not be locked with the key due to all of the screws being excessively loose. One of the alternate sliding doors had the same problem. The property manager appeared to have no-one locally who could be called on to fix the problem. On checking in at at 3pm, it was evident that the property had not been cleaned. There are serious doubts however about the level of maintenance and cleaning of the property. The main entrance (sliding door) could not be locked with the key due to all of the screws being excessively loose. One of the alternate sliding doors had the same problem. The property manager appeared to have no-one locally who could be called on to fix the problem. On checking in at at 3pm, it was evident that the property had not been cleaned. The Kitchen bin was completely overflowing and disgusting - It had to be washed out. The insinkarator was full of egg shells and dirt. There was a water bowl under sink full of smelly water and ants. There were kids toys scattered around lounge and under the sofas and more concerning were the unknown pills found on the floor of the lounge. It has been many weeks since surfaces have been dusted. The bbq filthy and needs a very good clean. In the upstairs kids bedroom, one of the beds was broken in the middle causing it to slump. This is now propped up with books.

Our linen service will provide all sheets, pillowcases, towels, bath mats, and tea towels for your stay. We’ll also make up the beds for you prior to arrival and strip them down after your departure. Pillows and duvets are provided at the property.
