    “The bath needs resurfaced due to areas chipping away, we did note it was resurfaced in 2008 with a ten year guarantee in the handbook.”

    We also felt the exterior was very weedy and not as manicured as the pictures. We were disappointed with the level of cleanliness, dust and other foreign objects were all over the bathroom floor and side table, the kitchen had coffee marks in front of the machine and a dirty coffee capsule bowl, bedding on the single bed had staining and we were told that our booking on a Thursday morning prior to a Saturday afternoon visit was too late and no bedding, tea towels or towels would be provided ...

Our linen service will provide all sheets, pillowcases, towels, bath mats, and tea towels for your stay. We’ll also make up the beds for you prior to arrival and strip them down after your departure. Pillows and duvets are provided at the property.

Step out onto the veranda and appreciate the peace and serenity that surrounds, while you can Alfresco dine with an additional outdoor seating area at the rear of the home. This generous section is fully fenced and provides the security of off-street parking. Enjoy the beautiful orchard at the back garden, plenty of space to enjoy a picnic surrounded by fruit trees. A five-minute stroll takes you to Akaroa’s main strip where you’ll find an array of historic buildings and local amenities.
