“We had a wonderful stay at this property over Easter.”
The weather was misty and moody but the views did not disappoint! There are some new buildings around but given the holiday weekend there wasn't any work so we enjoyed peace and quiet. Everything was well appointed and comfy and the space was perfect for our family. There was a couple of times certain power sockets tripped (not sure why) which turned off some things but easily fixed with the board. It was an easy drive to Akaroa which we really enjoyed - such a cute little town!

Linen
Our linen service will provide all sheets, pillowcases, towels, bath mats, and tea towels for your stay. We’ll also make up the beds for you prior to arrival and strip them down after your departure. Pillows and duvets are provided at the property.
The property
Located in Takamatua Bay with an elevated north-facing position, this modern holiday home sits in a prime spot with commanding 180-degree views. Special touches include a Breville Espresso Coffee Machine to ensure your daily fix is catered for, and an outdoor bath for the ultimate relaxation. Lushingtons sleeps up to eight guests across four well-sized bedrooms. The master bedroom features an ensuite bathroom and is fitted with a king-size bed, while bedrooms two and three each have a queen bed, and the fourth provides a bunk bed. To complete the spacious group configuration, a second bathroom (including a bath and shower) services the remaining rooms, with a separate toilet. Stay on-site and unwind, or set out on an adventure—a quick drive will have you at Akaroa's charming township, offering a selection of shops, dining options, and boat tours.
Please note there is building construction on neighbouring properties so you may experience some noise Monday to Friday 8am - 5pm.

Please note there is an outdoor bath for guest use.
Please note that the top king single bed of the bunk with a wooden ladder is only suitable for children due to its weight limitation.
All guests should take care when using the stairs as they are steep and do not have a handrail.
