    “Awesome house to stay in.”

    Well set up for kitchen equipment and everything that made an easy Christmas meal. Every appliance you could possibly ask for. Beautiful native birds all around. Easy for lots of people to be there and fine even when the weather wasn't so good. Beautiful outlook and gorgeous to wake up to that view. Loved it. Only thing was not many places to walk to but close to other places to drive to.

This split-level holiday home sleeps up to seven guests across four bedrooms. Two upstairs bedrooms provide queen-size beds and breathtaking views, complete with a balcony and a family-sized bathroom. The downstairs bedrooms comprise bunk beds, while an additional bathroom and laundry nook complete this functional set-up. This elevated site provides off-street parking and is just a short stroll from the shores of Tikao Bay. Bay View is a perfect base to discover all the Banks Peninsula has to offer. As there is an unfenced stream at the front of the property and direct access to the ocean, adults should closely supervise young children while outside to ensure they are safe around water.
