Our linen service will provide all sheets, pillowcases, towels, bath mats, and tea towels for your stay. We’ll also make up the beds for you prior to arrival and strip them down after your departure. Pillows and duvets are provided at the property.

Te Whare Kereru is appointed with two spacious king bedrooms, comfortably accommodating up to four guests. Here, an open-plan kitchen provides all the room you need to prepare a tasty meal. This area flows seamlessly into the light-flooded living and dining area, the perfect place to wine, dine and enjoy the stunning views. Relaxed outdoor entertaining is also made easy with the spacious deck and cosy alfresco dining set-up. If you can bring yourself to leave your charming rural retreat, the surrounding area offers plenty of opportunities for exploration and adventure. An easy walk away you’ll find the gorgeous Paroa Bay Winery, if wine tasting is up your alley. Or, just a 15-minute drive will take you to the unspoiled Oneroa Bay Beach. While you're in the area, check out historic Russell, New Zealand’s first capital. Here, get immersed in the heritage and history of Aotearoa with a trip to Russell Museum or the iconic Pompallier Mission. Te Whare Kereru also makes a perfect base if you're game enough to do the Cape Brett walking track. The king beds at this property can be split to make two single beds. Please inform us at time of booking which configuration you require.

Paroa Bay Chalets is a pet-friendly property and welcomes up to two dogs per Chalet per stay.
Pets are allowed inside, although not on beds or furniture, so please bring bedding for your pet.
As these are unfenced grounds, pets should be kept inside during the night, to protect our local kiwi population.
Please be sure to keep your pets on a leash when they’re outside your Chalet.
Pets must not be left in the Chalet unattended at any time – Russell has lots of dog-friendly venues and amenities so there’s no need to leave them by themselves.
Please pick up after your dog’s toileting around the Chalet grounds.
