    “There is a fantastic view of the BOI.”

    The owners are clearly a corporate group who have probably not stayed in many holiday homes and are not sure what holidaymakers who are moving from place to place really need. The glaring omission was information about the residence. There was not one single piece of info about the property, the Bay of islands or Pahia, not one. The property advertised WiFi, but there were no instructions how to connect and no Password to gain that access. It took me 24 hours with at least 7 ...

The glaring omission was information about the residence. There was not one single piece of info about the property, the Bay of islands or Pahia, not one. The property advertised WiFi, but there were no instructions how to connect and no Password to gain that access. It took me 24 hours with at least 7 unsuccessful calls to Bachcare to get the info that i needed, Eventually I spoke to someone who was able to help, but the process was very frustrating, and if the info had been provided, there would have been no need fro this annoying start to our 4 days in Pahia. Try and think like the travellers do. Give them the basic info theu need

Please be aware that the laundry facilities at this property are shared.

Please be aware this property does not have a full kitchen. A kitchenette with fridge, microwave, toaster, kettle, coffee machine, and dishwasher is available for use during your stay. Guests should bring their own Nespresso compatible pods to make use of the available machine.

There are life-jackets available to use with the paddleboards and kayaks but we do recommend that guests bring their own well-fitting life-jackets to ensure safety.
