Great amenities, well appointed with everything in the kitchen you might need. The house is super clean and tidy. Located in a quiet spot with a beautiful view of the valley and bush below. Would stay again!

Stay was great and I was super impressed with how clean the space was considering you allow dogs. Everything we needed was there. Great location etc. and perfect for our two dogs. My only feedback would be the fire. I read in the reviews that there was a fire and that firewood was left for the guests. However this wasn’t the case for us (there was no firewood that we could see) and the house was freezing. Thank goodness there was a heater in the main room and the lounge however a fire would have been a really nice option and warmed the hall up etc. but overall a fantastic stay that I would recommend to friends

View from back of house is amazing, very peaceful feeling. Good amount of board games for everyone to play. Fire wood was all ready for us to use which was thoughtful.Look forward to coming back and staying in summer.

Clean and very well stocked with a fabulous view over ferns and bush at the back. Paihia is stunning with so many things to do. We will definitely return!
