“We have stayed at a number of your properties over the years and this property was by far the dirtiest we have ever stayed it.”
We had to arrive later than scheduled check in time due to the property needing to be cleaned but I’m not sure if that was even done. The dishes all seemed dirty so had to wash before using. Walls//skirting were dirty and marked. The sink hadn’t been cleaned as I wiped with a tissue and the scum came off. There was hair in shower and long dark hair on carpet. We’ve taken photos so happy to send through. Really not impressed for the money paid.

Our linen service will provide all sheets, pillowcases, towels, bath mats, and tea towels for your stay. We’ll also make up the beds for you prior to arrival and strip them down after your departure. Pillows and duvets are provided at the property.
