Hello Stacey. Thank you for your feedback and my apologies for this oversight. All our properties should be adequately supplied so you can have a comfortable stay. I can see from our phone records that you did not contact us about this - if you find yourself in this position again it is best to call our Guest Services team who are manning the phones 24/7. We can get the Managed Service Provider to attend to the issues, on the day. Our apologies again that we did not supply enough toilet paper for your stay. Our linen service will provide all sheets, pillowcases, towels, bath mats, and tea towels for your stay. We’ll also make up the beds for you prior to arrival and strip them down after your departure. Pillows and duvets are provided at the property.
