Our linen service will provide all sheets, pillowcases, towels, bath mats, and tea towels for your stay. We’ll also make up the beds for you prior to arrival and strip them down after your departure. Pillows and duvets are provided at the property.

Spend your days soaking up the sun or catching some waves down at Ruakaka surf beach, or come home and fire up the BBQ and enjoy a gorgeous home-cooked meal paired with a glass of red while you watch the sun come down over the river. There's even a newly-installed 3 person sauna to relax in. With plenty of space to bring your furry friends to come and join the fun! Built just 4-years ago, this property looks and feels new! With an outdoor dining area perfect for al fresco style dinners or an ideal spot to tuck into a good book or even better right up from the river so you can pop in for a swim whenever you feel like it! Fitness enthusiasts will rejoice as there is plenty of equipment available for use and if you're into your fishing there is plenty of space to park a boat along the driveway. Just 1-km out from the beach and a 7-minute drive to Ruakaka Surf Club. For day trips head to Marsden Point, a 5-10 minute drive away, or Waipu is 15-minutes away. As the property has unfenced access to the tidal river estuary, adults should closely supervise young children while outside to ensure they are safe around water.
