“Dishwasher was broken (we were notified of this prior) but then it was not fixed/replaced, and there was a doorhandle missing from one of the bedrooms.”
Our daughters who were staying in the room got locked in the room and it was difficult to get them out. Despite noting these concerns to Bachcare, no action was taken nor was further communication on this provided. We found this service unsatisfactory and we don't feel that we got what we paid for. Ensuring that what is advertised is in working order should be a minimum requirement of any rental.

Our local team is working on a door handle replacement, and before your arrival, they had scheduled a contractor to review the dishwasher. However, the contractor needed to postpone due to illness. Bachcare
Our linen service will provide all sheets, pillowcases, towels, bath mats, and tea towels for your stay. We’ll also make up the beds for you prior to arrival and strip them down after your departure. Pillows and duvets are provided at the property.
