“An amazing apartment that was well setup, comfortable, great location and excellent view of ranges.”

Locating the apartment was difficult with no signage or accurate info on email. Please add (On The Spot Dairy) to directions and would have work rest out quickly. Entrance to property with luggage is difficult with hydraulic doors that are hard to keep open and two flights of stairs. I personally helped 2 other guests and a maintenance guy get through doors so no damage was caused. A chair lift or dumb waiter (For luggage) would make facilities more user friendly, along with wedges to keep doors ...

I personally helped 2 other guests and a maintenance guy get through doors so no damage was caused. A chair lift or dumb waiter (For luggage) would make facilities more user friendly, along with wedges to keep doors open while moving luggage. The apartment itself could do with a greetings book explaining any rules, emergency rules, WIFI, TV, phone and restaurants. On arrival checking out the kitchen we did discover dirty dishes in dishwasher and food in oven (Garlic bread). Neighbour's during our stay were not neighbourly with children playing and screaming until 11pm every night. For such well designed and setup apartments noise really does travel and echo. After saying all that we would be quite happy to stay again as we are sure it is not like that all the time and the apartment itself was amazing.

“We found it very difficult to find.”

The lights in the hall area were out for our first night The toster kept on flipping the electricity off, There’s a leaky pipe in the basin in the main bathroom/ bedroom area. The main door didn’t click back & when it was put on the hook it pulled part of the door away at the bottom. Apart from the shoddy workmanship it was a comfortable stay thanks
