Linen

Our linen service will provide all sheets, pillowcases, towels, bath mats, and tea towels for your stay. We’ll also make up the beds for you prior to arrival and strip them down after your departure. Pillows and duvets are provided at the property.

The property

Situated just one street away from the beach and pier at New Brighton, Coastal City Retreat is ideally suited for a seaside holiday only a short drive from Christchurch. Featuring a bright and cosy interior with a fully equipped kitchen, this home has everything you need for a relaxing holiday including a beautiful bedroom, a comfy lounge area and a modern bathroom. Even during the colder months, you’ll be kept warm by the heat pump. The New Brighton Pier is, of course, the main attraction nearby but along the Brighton Mall, you’ll find a lovely library and plenty of shops, cafes and restaurants to explore and to grab something new to eat. The home is just a short 15-minute drive away from central Christchurch although close by you’ll also find a golf course and hot salt water pools to dip in. About the location

Known as the Garden City of New Zealand, Christchurch is the largest city in the South Island. Historic buildings fill the streets and the tranquil Avon River runs through its centre, making for great picnic spots along the willow-lined riverbanks. Visitor attractions include the Botanical Gardens, the International Antarctic centre, the Christchurch Art Gallery and the Christchurch Gondola.
