...leaves outside the front door that had accumulated that we swept and picked up, cobwebs and all round untidiness There were no instructions for appliances....we couldn't sort out the bench hot plates and couldn't get them to work, the microwave was one we had never used before, so operational it was problematical. The bedroom without the ensuite had a very noisy fan that burst into life at regular intervals throughout the day and night....it was so noisy it interrupted sleep. Stains on the carpet in the hallway and the lounge were not a good look. the deck furniture was cheap and lightweight plastic....on arrival it had been blown around the property....an investment in something more solid and of timber construction would be a good move, after all it was not an inexpensive property. The shower needed a screwdriver to tighten the screw that stopped the shower head from falling...we were able to use something but the fitting needs attention. As older travellers we are not conversant with using QR codes, we will not be alone, if info is contained within a QR code we were unable to access it.
