About the location
The beautiful and quiet township of Manapouri boarders Fiordland National Park in the South Island. The township is settled around Lake Manapouri which is New Zealand's second deepest lake. The area is renown for a variety of walking tracks such as the Circle Track, and overnight tramps to Hope Arm and Black Valley Hut, as well as being the point of departure for boating journey's to visit the stunning Doubtful Sound.
