Our linen service will provide all sheets, pillowcases, towels, bath mats, and tea towels for your stay. We’ll also make up the beds for you prior to arrival and strip them down after your departure. Pillows and duvets are provided at the property.

Welcome to Mountainview Escape, a peaceful and modern retreat nestled in the stunning landscapes of Te Anau. With breathtaking views of the surrounding mountains, this charming three-bedroom holiday home offers a relaxing base for families or groups exploring the beauty of Fiordland. Step into a bright, open-plan living area where large windows frame the dramatic scenery and natural light fills the space. The cozy lounge invites you to unwind with a Smart TV, while the dining area and well-equipped kitchen make mealtimes easy and enjoyable. For year-round comfort, the home features both a heat pump and a fireplace, perfect for keeping warm after a day of adventure. This home features three comfortable bedrooms one with a king bed, one with a queen, and a third with a bunk bed perfect for families or friends travelling together. Please note: only the bottom bunk bed is available for use. A modern bathroom and full laundry facilities add extra convenience for longer stays. Linen is provided for the king bed, queen bed, and the two bottom bunks only, and the maximum number of guests the house can sleep is 6. Thoughtful extras like kids’ books and games ensure younger guests are entertained, making this a welcoming space for the whole family. Outside, enjoy the quiet surroundings and wide open views of the mountains. The large section offers room to stretch out and soak up the fresh alpine air, while off-street parking makes exploring the region simple and hassle-free. Tucked away in a quiet cul-de-sac, Mountainview Escape is just a short drive from Te Anau’s vibrant town centre, lakefront, cafes, and shops.
