Wasn't happy on arrival to waste 40 minutes waiting on the phone to Bachcare help centre as we didn't have direct contact with the owners (who were busy and couldn't be reached by Bachcare ither) as the instructions led us to the wrong key lockbox, as there were two a few metres apart. Not sure if it was an old lockbox or what, but it was inconvenient. No real biggie just needs clearer instruction, All around the house was tidy and exactly what we thought we were getting, would recommend

We we were less keen to share the batch with a colony of ants but i'm sure this issue can easily be resolved before the next guests arrive.

The location is fantastic with great views you can still appreciate from inside if the weather is bad, and an easy walk to local cafes.

Our linen service will provide all sheets, pillowcases, towels, bath mats, and tea towels for your stay. We’ll also make up the beds for you prior to arrival and strip them down after your departure. Pillows and duvets are provided at the property.
