“The house was superficially clean.”

Black mould present on window frames through out the house. Also a mouse living in the kitchen that we trapped. Such a disappointment. Bachcare did refund cleaning charge after 3 emails and 2 phone calls

“It was really easy to find the place due to it's unique design.”

The view from the balcony is worth a million dollars and we sat there just enjoying it - surf by day, sunset at dusk and stargazing by night! We had a lovely peaceful few days' stay and made the most of the facilities around about and in the bach. Great to have a table tennis table to use thanks. The shower was lovely and strong. Unfortunately once we arrived the key code given was incorrect so we had to call the helpline before we could gain entry, but they were very friendly and helpful with the correct code quite quickly. Thanks for the use of your holiday home.

This Otaki Beach accommodation sleeps up to six guests across two bedrooms. Upstairs, the master bedroom enjoys an ensuite-style toilet, while a secondary bedroom provides two single beds.
