    “All very good - except for the broken blinds in the living room which we couldn't open.”

    These need to be replaced with something else workable & reliant - maybe roller blinds or roman blinds. We thoroughly enjoyed the underfloor heating & showers in both bathrooms, well made beds & crisp linen, the kitchen is excellent equipped with every little thing that you would need. Yes the whole house was so warm & dry (it was 1 degrees C outside) Thoroughly enjoyed & this will be our place of choice when we visit Taupo or its neighbourhood areas next. Many thanks

Our linen service will provide all sheets, pillowcases, towels, bath mats, and tea towels for your stay. We’ll also make up the beds for you prior to arrival and strip them down after your departure. Pillows and duvets are provided at the property.

You’ll have all the essentials you need for a splendid stay at Garden Grove, including a large, fully equipped kitchen and laundry, as well as a spacious living room complete with sunny bay windows perfect for you and your book, a Free to Air Sony 55 inch TV for entertainment, and a selection of board games for a bit of competitive fun. Warm and welcoming for a winter stay as well, Garden Grove is fully double glazed and offers a heat pump, electric heaters, and underfloor heating in the bathrooms to keep everyone at the perfect temperature throughout your stay.  Three bedrooms and two bathrooms comfortably accommodate up to six guests here at Garden Grove. A full laundry and a garage for storing your bikes and adventure gear are also available to top it all off.
