    “House size, location, backyard and dog friendliness perfect.”

    Cleaners need to dust and check the cleanliness of, particularly oven pans. Plus a larger sized pot would be good. The house bathroom handbasin and shower were very slow to drain. The bbq was unusable, it's old and did not work. More than 2 teatowels would be good plus flannels and more than two handtowels, for 6 people over 6days. Beds were very comfortable, fire warm and such an amazing wood supply. We all enjoyed our stay.^just the issues as above. Thank you

Our linen service will provide all sheets, pillowcases, towels, bath mats, and tea towels for your stay. We’ll also make up the beds for you prior to arrival and strip them down after your departure. Pillows and duvets are provided at the property.

The spacious open-plan living area has your indoor entertainment covered, enjoy snuggling into one of the comfy couches and flicking on the Smart TV with Freeview, staying connected on the complimentary WiFI, challenging your group to a board game, or sinking into a good book. There’s something for everyone here! Four bedrooms, including a self-contained sleep out, comfortably sleeps up to eight guests at The Orchard House, providing the ideal configuration for a variety of groups. Two modern bathrooms and a washing machine, iron and ironing board complete the set up for your stay. This Tūrangi accommodation is placed close to much of the adventure-filled and picturesque activities on offer in this area. Take a 6-minute drive to the Tokaanu Thermal Pools and let your worries melt away in the bubbling waters. If you looking for the perfect fishing spot, its just 400 metres away on the Tongariro River and the property has a dedicated fish cleaning bench off the back deck to make preparing your catch nice and easy!
