We contacted Bachcare a couple of times regarding this and have also since requested compensation. No one made contact with us to confirm there would be no towels, we had to chase this. We ended up going out to buy some. At this stage my compensation request has gone unanswered.

The layout of the house and the facilities suited our party exactly. Communication from booking to arrival was just the right amount. The location was very peaceful. This house is ideal for two couples or a family. As we were travelling internationally we opted for linen to be provided. This was all in excellent condition. We will definitely return if we get the opportunity

Our linen service will provide all sheets, pillowcases, towels, bath mats, and tea towels for your stay. We’ll also make up the beds for you prior to arrival and strip them down after your departure. Pillows and duvets are provided at the property.

Just 20 minutes from Taupo Central, Kinloch is a lakeside town on the Western side of Lake Taupo. It's the perfect place for a relaxing getaway, with few residents and expansive views of the Lake and surrounding mountains.
