“Hey, House is great, the absolute perfect bach, has everything you need and can host bigger families.”

The only downside for us was the price, it was really expensive for what it is.

The property

Just seven minutes walk from the sandy shores of Waitārere Beach sits this charming and spacious holiday home, just waiting to host an unforgettable family getaway. Welcome to Hit the Beach! Presenting as a quintessential Kiwi bach from the road, it’s a bright and homely interior that welcomes you when you walk in the door. Traditional decor invokes memories of those good old beach holidays you took as a kid, with the wood burning fireplace, and TV with DVD player, offering the ultimate in home comfort on those mid-year getaways. A well-equipped kitchen provides everything you need to whip up delicious meals on your stay, and the sundrenched deck is the perfect place to sit down to enjoy a meal together after a fun-filled day at the beach. As well as three bedrooms in the house, including a generous master bedroom with ensuite, Hit the Beach also has a large sleepout, perfect for the kids to set up as their very own mini bach! They’ll absolutely love running between the ping pong table indoors and the flat lawn, and you can feel at ease knowing they’ll be safe on the fully fenced section. Pet owners will be pleased to know that their furry family members are welcome outside here at Hit the Beach. There is even a dog kennel on site ready to go! Waitārere Beach is just 550m from your home away from home, making it all too easy to enjoy a morning of sand and sea before popping back home for lunch! For fun of a different kind, the forest is also just a short walk away. If you need to top up on supplies, or fancy grabbing a coffee and a bite to eat, the local supermarket and Ollies Bar & Eatery are only a 10-minute walk away. For more options, Foxton and Levin are both only about a 15-minute drive in opposite directions. Escape to the beautiful Horowhenua coast and Hit the Beach!

Please be aware the sleepout at this property does not have a bathroom and is completely detached from the main house.

Please note a bond may be charged at certain times of the year. One of our team members will contact you if this is required for your booking.
