“I would not recommend using Bachcare.”
The advertising for this property says your linen needs would be taken care of, beds made and everything provided. The night before we arrived we were told no linen or towels because 3 days notice was not enough time. When I queried this I was told we would have to pay an extra $150 for linen. This was never outlined to me. The Bachcare customer service staff lied to me twice about the reasoning and that I knew because it was on the website when i booked online, I booked over the phone and was ...

The night before we arrived we were told no linen or towels because 3 days notice was not enough time. When I queried this I was told we would have to pay an extra $150 for linen. This was never outlined to me. The Bachcare customer service staff lied to me twice about the reasoning and that I knew because it was on the website when i booked online, I booked over the phone and was not told about the extra cost. Besides this upsetting start to our very expensive 2 night stay, the King bed is very hard, there is an ant problem in the kitchen, the windows need cleaning and the sliding door to outside will not lock and the outside handle is broken. The security camera is also pointed at the spa pool! Very expensive stay for no linen or towels. Only good thing was the spa pool.
