Linen
Our linen service will provide all sheets, pillowcases, towels, bath mats, and tea towels for your stay. We’ll also make up the beds for you prior to arrival and strip them down after your departure. Pillows and duvets are provided at the property.

The sleepout features a combined living entertainment area with a queen bed, a kitchenette, a bathroom with shower, toilet, and hand basin. Two separate bedrooms have a bunk and a queen bed. Both the main house & sleepout are equipped with heat pumps for your comfort in any season. Please note that there is a pond and the beach is at the end of the driveway. All adults should closely supervise the children in these areas.
All guests should take care on the stairs in the garden and indoors.
Some life jackets are available for guest use, but please feel free to bring your own for everyone's safety in the waters.
