Kelly “The house was great.”
A couple of things would have been good. We unfortunately had a really raining weekend while we were staying and there were no board games or packs of cards that we could find in the house. Also, the TV down stairs appeared to have no way of actually watching anything on it, no chromecast or even freeview, which meant having to use the one upstairs for the kids when they wanted to watch a movie making it hard for the adults to have conversations. The beds were comfortable, the house was warm, we appreciated the heaters being turned on before we arrived. Overall we had a good weekend. Unfortuantley though, due to Bachcare's lack of communication and issues with payments, plus extra fees, I wont book another property that's listed with Bachcare, it made the whole process really stressful.

Yvonne “The best holiday home for bigger families ever!”
! The views are amazing, day and night. Beds and linen are top quality comfort. Curtains in the bedrooms so luxurious! Kitchen well equipped. Shower pressure in both bathrooms is excellent. Had a bbq on the deck, worked beautifully. Fireplace kept the house cosy, plenty of firewood supplied. All the rooms had heaters too. We were 12 people but the house never felt crowded, plenty of space upstairs/ downstairs. Great washer/ dryers too. We just loved our stay here and would 100% recommend it. Thank you, thank you.

We were a family of 14 and the house fitted us all so comfortably, The house was spacious for us all to chill out and relax. The views were stunning. The house had all the utilities you needed. I would highly recommend staying here for big families. Loved our holiday.

Lots of sleeping options for the larger family. A few minutes drive from fromm the lakeside. Highly recommended.

About the location
Located on the Southern end of Lake Taupo, Omori is a more secluded area around the lake. There's plenty of native bush and bushwalks to do here, as well as water-based activities on the lake such as kayaking, swimming, boating and water skiing. Because the area stretches over a hill, most of the holiday homes have a great view of the lake. All of our Omori holiday homes are pre-inspected prior to your arrival and are ready for instant online booking.
