    “Lots of great comfy seating, games and puzzles were great - thanks!”

    Well equipped kitchen. Double beds were comfy, kids complained their bunks were lumpy. Lots of broken things - the coffee machine (was really looking forward to using this), bedside tables, dishwasher tray, cloth shelves in rooms. Shame to see a spa and not be able to use it. Would have been nice if clock, night lights, bedside lamps all had working bulbs and batteries, none did. Couldn't find the recycling bin and it would have been great to have a spare rubbish bag/secure place for bag as some ...

Our linen service will provide all sheets, pillowcases, towels, bath mats, and tea towels for your stay. We’ll also make up the beds for you prior to arrival and strip them down after your departure. Pillows and duvets are provided at the property.

Walking just 15 minutes (or a quick two minutes by car) south will find you in the town centre with its eateries, shops, and supermarkets. The same distance in the opposite direction leads you to Ohakune Junction; a hub for transport around the area as well as the home of the Powderhorn Chateau with its thermal pools and popular restaurant, the Powderkeg. Perfectly based to jet off to the Bridge to Nowhere, the Tongariro Crossing or one of the many stunning alpine walks or mountain bike trails, it's a true haven for your next adventure. It's well worth the four and a half hour drive from Auckland or 90 minutes from Taupo in Winter or Summer!
