“The property is well located for the town centre, after staying at a lot of your properties this experience was very poor.”
The whole apartment was very grubby and could do with a deep clean and some repairs. Power point in the bathroom broken, sink broken curtain missing from balcony door so even with the air conditioning it was impossible to keep the main room cool not a nice experience

Your feedback has been taken on board, and improvements have already been made. The bathroom power point has been replaced, and while the original decision was to leave the balcony door without curtains for aesthetic reasons and to allow the sea breeze in, block-out curtains have now been installed based on your suggestion. This has made a noticeable difference in keeping the room cooler in the mornings. Regarding cleanliness, the property is maintained to a high standard, though the windows may have appeared less pristine due to natural sea salt buildup—an unavoidable aspect of being in a beachfront location. Additional efforts will be made to clean the accessible windows more frequently to minimize this as much as possible. Our linen service will provide all sheets, pillowcases, towels, bath mats, and tea towels for your stay. We’ll also make up the beds for you prior to arrival and strip them down after your departure. Pillows and duvets are provided at the property.
