Sally Jane “Only one bedroom is usable because the water filter mechanical system against the other bedroom wall is incredibly noisy during the night and cannot be turned off.”
It has been installed inside the house (in the garage) probably because it is too noisy for the surrounding rental properties to be installed outside. This is completely misleading advertising. We paid for two bedrooms, for four people, but ended up bedding down on the floor in the lounge (which has no curtains), simply to try to get some sleep. Also, several kitchen lights are missing (noted by previous users and not corrected). We have complained but there is no follow-up. We consider this rental to have been grossly dishonest.

Very clean, neat & tidy with an amazing view. we totally enjoyed our stay there, so nice to wake up to the beautiful beach. Would definitely recommend it to any potential holiday makers.

Unfortunately we contacted Bachcare numerous times about needing mouse traps and also half the lights needed replacing in the kitchen. They'd say the property manager would be in touch. We received an email about the mouse traps 3 hours after checkout time. Disappointing, as it really is a lovely, comfortable home.

VERY POOR feedback and help from bachcare and property owners to help with property when there were queries, they didn't really help despite about 10 phone calls and emails and STILL they refuse to admit there was miscommunication on their behalf

I did have a cold shower on my first night and I had to hunt round for the hot water cylinder to switch it on. Other than that we were very happy with the accommodation. Would go there again.
