    “Great location and facilities.”

    Pity cleanliness was a bit lacking (brown stains on main toilet bowl and floor and kitchen storage). Maintenance not up to date- broken dining seat and bedroom handle, no clear instructions re rubbish and outdoor bins all jumbled, untidy gardens. Key not under mat as we were told. Rather sorry to see bachcare standards have declined. We are past matarangi bachcare owners. But enjoyed our return and beds were great.

Our linen service will provide all sheets, pillowcases, towels, bath mats, and tea towels for your stay. We’ll also make up the beds for you prior to arrival and strip them down after your departure. Pillows and duvets are provided at the property.

Being just a short stroll away from the beach, you’ll be able to spend your days relaxing at the seaside, sunbathing, enjoying the views, going for a swim, surfing and lots more besides. Featuring a vast living room that opens up with sliding doors, you’ll be able to welcome the warm summer air into your home. After a long day at the beach, wash the sand off with the outdoor shower, spark up the barbecue and cook up a meal for everyone to enjoy outside. The beach is only a short 5-minute walk away as are the closest shops in town. Titoki Magic is a great base from which to explore some beautiful Coromandel beaches all around with Whitianga, Cathedral Cove, Hahei, Hot Water beach being under an hour’s drive away.
