“This place is truly incredible, boasting a superb location and excellent facilities.”

Our enjoyment knew no bounds, and the BBQ arrangement was just perfect. To enhance the guest experience, it would be helpful to provide the wifi password visibly in the accommodation. Unfortunately, we had to contact the batchcare to obtain it. Additionally, the vacuum cleaner seemed to be malfunctioning, as the Dyson vacuum hadn't charged properly or might have a fault. “This is a great property for our big family group of 10 with a well-stocked kitchen and the rumpus room was perfect for the stormy/rainy days we had.”

The house was clean, even the BBQ and the property manager called in to check up on us which was a nice touch. It may have been because of the rain but the bedrooms were musty on our arrival and our clothes in the suitcases got damp (the dryer doesn't work well). Providing a welcome pack would be helpful with the wifi password (we had to ring Bachcare), how and where to use the kayaks (the lake outside the house is not fit for swimming/water sports due to the high levels of e-coli), & tips on how to get to the beach as examples. We enjoyed ourselves despite the weather and would stay again should the need arise. It won't be a surprise next time that the door you unlock when you arrive goes into a bathroom. Nga mihi.

“This is a great place to stay, an entertainers dream and the location is perfect.”

The cameras operating though is a little off putting? The thought that you are being watched coming and going from the property is not something we have experienced before? The directions to enter the house are confusing as there isn't a 'front door' you actually enter via the bathroom on the right hand side of the property (this door was wide open when we arrived) No instructions for the WiFi, we had to call Bachcare for these.

“It's a good property with some nice views.”

However, a few things will make the stay more pleasant. We found dish washer is not working, WiFi is not available and the bbq is gross and unusable at all. These are listed as amenities that we paid for but couldnt benefit out of it.

Great house for 2 families and we’ll set up with pool table and plenty of room House needs some TLC though as was very musty and felt damp when arrived The clear screens on the front deck area banged in the wind most night as are old and ripped The bbq was filthy so could not be used The lock box did not work when we arrived but was sorted quickly with a call to Bach care

“Our stay over labour weekend was incredible!”

We loved that we didn’t need to leave the house for entertainment (as originally planned). The games room, bikes and kayaks were an added bonus that the kid’s thoroughly enjoyed! The deck out back was very scenic, spacious and enjoyable for family BBQs, drinks and for the kids to play! The beach, golf course and tennis courts are literally around the corner which was nice to walk to! Audreane (our holiday manager) was amazing and checked in on us during our stay incase we had any questions! The only regret we have was that we didn’t stay longer! We can’t wait to back!
