With four spacious bedrooms and two bathrooms plus an additional WC, your Kerikeri luxury retreat comfortably accommodates up to six guests. All year round, this home will welcome you with open arms, with air-conditioning from the heat pump and a closed fireplace keeping the temperature and the cosy ambience just right.
When it’s time to venture out to discover everything this stunning part of New Zealand has to offer, your accommodation offers a private launch ramp for the provided kayaks at the bottom of the expansive garden - there are two available!
Partially fenced with your safety and security in mind, guests are welcome to park up to three cars or up to 5-metre boat on the private driveway.
Situated just a 7-minutes’ drive from the Kerikeri town centre, you’ll find great shops, cafes, and eateries to indulge in. Make the easy 5-minute drive to Rainbow Falls for a rewarding walk. Afterward, why not check out the historical Stone Store - New Zealand’s oldest shop, and top off a great day with a visit to Makana Confections Boutique Chocolate Factory. Wine lovers will love the nearby Marsden Estate and Ake Ake Vineyard.

Parties and disturbances to neighbours will not be tolerated under any circumstances.
The fenced pool has an infinity edge, with a 1.2m drop on to a shell path. Children are to be supervised in the pool area at all times. In addition, as the property has direct access to the river down the garden path, adults should closely supervise young children while outside to ensure they are safe around water. The garden path can be slippery when wet.
For added security during your stay, there are security cameras pointed at the driveway. There is also a security camera pointed at the pool and outdoor entertaining area, this camera will be deactivated during the guest stay, unless a complaint is received regarding the guests.
Please note: the maximum guest count is 6 (not based on how many people the property can sleep). The owner must be notified and approve of any additional guests requested after the original guest count. Guest count may be verified via security camera.
There are a limited number of lifejackets available. It is recommended that guests bring their own lifejackets to ensure a good fit. Kayaks are to be used at guests' own risk and should only be used by competent and confident kayakers.
There are steps inside the property that lead down into the lounge without a handrail, which may make this property unsuitable for those with limited mobility.
