A lovely place to stay and we'd definitely recommend this to others :) This is just for the owner and 'nice to haves' rather than necessities: *A small dining table (even though the space with the chair and table was nice, a dining table would be more practical for a family) and/ or a more practical coffee table *Some luggage racks for suitcases *Rack in ensuite shower for personal soap dish * A dishrack to dry dishes

“The place was great, however the sink in the mater bedroom is not draining.”

The pots and pans will need to be replaced as the current ones are a poor quality. We had issues with the internet (the mentioned network was not visible )which was fixed on the second day. Access to the washing machine needs to be included.

Thank-you for choosing to stay at Bay View Haven. Now that it has been brought to our attention, the master bathroom sink drain has been cleared. Our property manager has been prompt in actioning any maintenance on our behalf. Glitch in the matrix with the internet password - it was running smoothly prior to our departure from the property. Again, a prompt response from us via our property manager, meant an electrician was on site to rectify the problem in a reasonable time frame. True, the pots and pans aren’t brand spanking new but are functional and still do the job well. The washing machine is available for long stays or on request. There is a laundromat on Kings Road - a two minute drive down the hill. Thankyou for your review. Bachcare

Our linen service will provide all sheets, pillowcases, towels, bath mats, and tea towels for your stay. We’ll also make up the beds for you prior to arrival and strip them down after your departure. Pillows and duvets are provided at the property.
