We moved to the unit beside the one we had originally been in and it had no smell. I would not recommend the original unit to anyone- it caused me to have a headache and sore throat. I thought I would be reimbursed for the night since we could not sleep in the unit due to the smell but no offer was made.

“Here the main challenges:
1/ no hotplate for boiling eggs, a very basic need to eat !”
2/ External terrasse is not covered while the terrasse is supposed to be the dining area: we can have rain, anything that people above drop like wine, soda, milk on our heads... no table inside and hard to bring external table in as heavy umbrella is blocking the table
3/ cleaning is lacking (many dead flies on the floor) as well garden not maintained
4/ kitchen cabinet are poorly set: shelves are placed so high that I have to ask my partner to get me a glass or a cup!
Overall we had much better unit in a motel and price here is excessive : 305 NZD a night while above our head the full appartement with 3 bedroom, all equiped is 420! something is inbalanced
View is great but renting a unit is to get basic provided specifically for such a price.

Please be aware this property does not have a full kitchen. A kitchenette with fridge, microwave, toaster, kettle, coffee machine, and dishwasher is available for use during your stay. Guests should bring their own Nespresso compatible pods to make use of the available machine.
There are life-jackets available to use with the paddleboards and kayaks but we do recommend that guests bring their own well-fitting life-jackets to ensure safety.
