“Overall we had a decent stay.”
We had wanted to swim in pool but it was occupied with kids jumping in , splashing etc. should have someone monitor or at least have adult swim time. Kids were super loud.
That was a huge bummer for us.
Heat system did not work, maintenance person could not figure it out.

“There is a sign in the bathroom asking for the lights to be turned on in the bathroom whilst in use but the fan still didn't work causing the bathroom to be very steamy and damp.”
None of the cutlery, crockery or glasses were clean. Recommend clients should put all kitchen items used be put through dishwasher when leaving. Overall apartment was clean, airy, well equipped, the views were amazing and very short walk to wharf, restaurants and shops. We had a lovely stay.

When you’re this close to all the fabulous cafes, bars, and restaurants in Paihia, we won’t blame you if you eat out every night!
Keep your feet on solid ground and take the easy 25-minute coastal walk to the Waitangi Treaty Grounds for beautiful views and an insight into the history of the area. Grab a coffee and some lunch at the cafe and head back, or enjoy the 5km bush walk to Haruru Falls - just remember it’s 5km back again!
