    “The number of stairs (63) to negotiate should be mentioned as any one with a heart condition would be unlikely to safely ascend them to the top house, particularly if carrying bags, etc.”

Designed to accommodate the whole family, the house features three bedrooms and two bathrooms. Situated in a quiet neighbourhood in a peaceful cul de sac, you can enjoy this excellent setup which is perfect for families. With endless possibilities for activities, you can take a short walk to Te Uenga Bay for a swim on a summer's night. If you've brought your boat, a boat ramp just 200 meters away allows you to explore the bays and enjoy a day on the water. Elliot's Bay surf beach is a mere 5-minute drive, and Russell is only 25 minutes away, perfect for a day trip for groceries or its restaurants and cafes.
