After this, nothing else is positive. When we arrived, we had to clean all surfaces ourselves before we could use them, and wash all cutlery and crockery through the dishwasher. We also had to clean the coffee machine as it had mouldy capsules left in it.
The accommodation is not as described. One bathroom is down a flight of stairs from the bedrooms and the toilet is separate and down more stairs. The description implies two bathrooms and an additional toilet. There is no freezer which is also noted. The kitchen only has broken and mismatching equipment. It is also weirdly full of food items (not the usual salt and pepper etc that is normally left in a bach). The upstairs is open to the rest of the house so people going to bed early have to listen to the conversations from downstairs and vv for those getting up early / late risers.
We called the helpline as soon as we arrived and were told the property manager would be in touch. No response. We emailed with photographs of the dirt. No response. After departure, we sent a full complaint but only received a response after chasing. We have now received a refund of cleaning fees but STILL no apology or acknowledgement of our issues, almost two months later. I held off writing this review, expecting contact before now but no, nothing. I would absolutely not recommend staying here.
