Anna “Such a beautiful house in a stunning location!”
We had an amazing time at Glendhu Station. Lots of fun mountain biking at Glendhu bike park. Wakeboarding on the lake. The house is huge and has everything you need! John the host was really friendly and helpful. Can't wait to go back.
- Anna, March 2024Kara “We absolutely loved our stay here.”
The only feedback I would give is - for the size of the house, there was only one couch in the TV room. There wasn't enough room for us all to sit comfortably and people had to sit on dining chairs. Would recommend having a second couch in this room. However, this would not stop me coming back. It was a fantastic homestead in a fantastic location. As we got married at the Station it was the perfect location.
- Kara, October 2023Bianca “The owner was lovely and accomodating and took the time to show us around.”
We had an amazing stay, the property is beautiful. We will definitely be back at some stage!
- Bianca, September 2023Kelsie “The most beautiful property, in an absolutely stunning location.”
Couldn’t have picked a better spot for our wedding accommodation if we tried! Great host, and what a house!
- Kelsie, March 2023Tim “Booked the property to accompany visit for a family wedding event at adjoining facility (woolshed).”
Was comfortable and all the facilities needed were available. John was very accommodating - thank you.
- Tim, November 2022Carol “What a privilege to stay in this rustic homestead in a true slice of NZ paradise.”
So close to skiing, hiking and yes, even in July - swimming in the lake. It was the perfect spot for a family get together for outdoorsy types. The good stack of firewood was much appreciated, and the new heat pumps in the bedrooms kept the whole house cosy.
