Karyn “DO NOT STAY HERE The reviews regarding no hot water or even any water are absolutely true.”
I emailed asking about the water issues and they assured me that the issue would be fixed before we arrived, knowing that I went ahead and paid the final amount. Only to find out that in fact, water not fixed as they did not have the three days necessary to fix because house was fully booked, blanten grab for money from owners. Spa was great although we had an issue here as well, before going rang to discuss cleaning of the spa and was told no maintenance needed to be done! There for 14 days ...

Only to find out that in fact, water not fixed as they did not have the three days necessary to fix because house was fully booked, blanten grab for money from owners. Spa was great although we had an issue here as well, before going rang to discuss cleaning of the spa and was told no maintenance needed to be done! There for 14 days ? Upon arrival there was a note next to spa, to add chemicals, which we could not find so had to purchase more. Instruction manual needs more information regarding all these things. Maintenance needs to be checked regularly as we had several lights out, tv not working, blinds broken, solar lights on outside steps not working, no lights on stairs on top level, cutlery and plates not enough for a 10 person house. Cooking pots and pans old need to be updated. Only one positive is the view, but seriously the money we paid definitely not worth it.
