Louise “We had a fantastic stay in your lovely home.”
Thanks so much.
- Louise, August 2023Kathy “Great house for what we needed.”
Awesome that the king size beds were able to be split as we were a group of 11 singles attending a National Champs event in Wanaka. The house was spacious & gave everyone ample space. The house had everything we could have asked for & we enjoyed our stay.
- Kathy, March 2023Leanne “Property was well located, bedding/towels clean and there were some well appointed areas but the property had some negatives.”
To access the main downstairs bedroom you need to go through another bedroom not ideal. I had requested one of the twin rooms be made into a double this was not done. The flooring in the kitchen door area speaks so bad it can be heard throughout the house. Railing on the upper deck is very unsafe as is the sandwich maker with the red tap around the power plug. The lounge chairs are not in a safe condition neither is the table/seat combo on the deck. BBQ not clean so could not be used. Carpet in living area needs cleaning. Cistern in upstairs ensuit continued to run so had to turn it off at night. Curtains in the upstairs bedrooms need to be blockout so you don't wake up with the sun. Parking limited because the property is not on a main street but down a shared drive. NEEDS MAINTANENCE
- Leanne, February 2023Thank you for reviewing your recent stay here, Leanne. We appreciate you sharing your feedback on this property and will be discussing your comments with the property owner. Your comments around the upper deck and power outlets will be investigated with our local team. We hope that you were still able to enjoy a relaxing holiday and that we will host you again in future. Would stay again.
- Anna, January 2023Jemma “Great location with amazing views!”
The kitchen had everything you need and the place felt really spacious for all of us. We really enjoyed our time here!
- Jemma, August 2022Gillian “This was an excellent house for our group.”
We had 12 people, but with the size of the house we could ask spread out, there was lots of space and everyone has a lovely relaxing time. The house is brilliantly organised to host holiday makers and it had everything we needed for a week with 3 families.
- Gillian, December 2021Eleanor “A great house for friends or family to stay.”
Very comfortable and plenty of room. Would thoroughly recommend this accommodation for everyone.
- Eleanor, September 2021Liz “We shared this house with two families and it worked brilliantly.”
Very clean and tidy with a lovely big lounge and kitchen dining area. We loved all the space and glorious mountain views. The place was very cozy for July with two fires upstairs and a heat pump. We only used one fire as the place heated up very quickly and got great sun throughout the day. All bedrooms had heaters so it was very warm for the winter break. It was a close 10 minute walk to town which was a good bonus. We would highly recommend this place and would love to stay again.
- Liz, July 2021Paula “Great, well equipped house for a large group in a quiet area.”
