    “We had some concerns about the management of this property upon arrival.”

    The house hadn’t been vacuumed, with crumbs and rubbish scattered around the living room, and hair in the kitchen. The couches appeared as though they hadn’t been cleaned in quite some time, so we had to cover them with sheets before feeling comfortable enough to sit. The bedding was also disappointing—the pillows were very uncomfortable, and the sheets were noisy whenever we moved. Additionally, one of the toilets in the multi-bed room was out of service due to a lack of running water, ...

The bedding was also disappointing—the pillows were very uncomfortable, and the sheets were noisy whenever we moved. Additionally, one of the toilets in the multi-bed room was out of service due to a lack of running water, and there was no contact number provided to reach the host. On the positive side, the location is beautiful, and the heating system worked wonderfully. However, considering the state of cleanliness and overall quality, we feel the property is being rented at a price that doesn’t reflect its current condition.
