Unfortunately the spa pool was not working which is why I booked this place. Very disappointing. My birthday treat, really wanted to be outside in the spa. Such a shame!

Glad to hear that that you found the house and location stunning. We are sorry about the experience with the spa, unfortunately it was damaged by prior tenants and we had to wait for a new part to arrive. I believe Bachcare informed you beforehand that the spa was not working and you were given a discount off your stay. Not the same as a birthday spa I realise, but we’re glad we could offer you a little saving for the inconvenience :)

Our linen service will provide all sheets, pillowcases, towels, bath mats, and tea towels for your stay. We’ll also make up the beds for you prior to arrival and strip them down after your departure. Pillows and duvets are provided at the property.
