We had been given the wrong code for lock box so couldn't get into the property. So after ph calls and emails, finally got hold of someone who eventually got back with the right number. Lock box button you press to get it open was broken so we had a job to get the key.
A BBQ is supplied, but no cooking tools to use! You need to supply those. Also gas was nearly out as well.
Not enough toilet paper, or bin liners. We had to contact bachcare and get more delivered. Rubbish had not been emptied so we had no where to put our rubbish. No paring knife. Only big carving knife which is no good to scrape potatoes with. This sort of thing is basic so should be supplied. Also not enough pots. Could do with 1 more.
We found the seating in the lounge uncomfortable. The chairs in lounge are no good to relax in for the evening. You need another couch or a couple of proper lounge chairs. We had 4 adults staying and it wasn't satisfactory.

We are sorry that you had to experience issues accessing the lockbox and therefore the property.
Your feedback regarding the facilities at the property have been discussed with the local team and the property owner to address. There has recently been a change in the on-the-ground management of this property and we fear some of these aspects were not addressed in the change-over. We are confident that these have mostly been resolved now though.
