John “Very comfortable and well provided”
- John, December 2024 -
Hayley “Great place for our family of 4 to stay at, in a very convenient location.”
The beds were comfortable and it was nice having a large TV in the master bedroom as well as the living room. Only downsides were the kettle was rusted inside, so we weren't confident making a cup of tea or coffee, and some food in the fridge (margarine etc) was well past its use-by date. A new kettle and clearing out the fridge will quickly fix this!
- Hayley, October 2024Lisa “A comfortable kiwi bach.”
Amazing location to the beach and very good for buses. Fantastic master bed and linens. Very good quality bathroom linens. Good wifi. Great shower pressure!
- Lisa, February 2024Alan “Awesome place”
- Alan, December 2023David “Really nice place great location , nice outside area with every thing we needed .”
Just one suggestion when we visited it was extremely hot weather and without air con nights were a little uncomfortable. I think I small electric fan with a bowl of ice in front would have made a difference so may be good for one to be purchased and kept their. Just a suggestion. Other than that was a really nice place.
- David, January 2023Sajhan “This was a nice cottage for our family of 4 to stay at.”
Very close to the beach and awesome for kids as there is a play ground accross the road. Even though on tank water, had plenty of water for showers and the water pressure was pretty good too. All things we needed were available. Only downside was that the entrace to the property was over the front lawn and it was quite saturated and muddy and slippery. Hopefully some good weather will sort that out. Overall pretty nice place for a small family.
- Sajhan, August 2022Vivien “Good location - easy walk to Onetangi Beach, and to the FourSquare up the road.”
Handy to bus stops. Property is dated and could use updated carpets and flooring - bare concrete in living areas and worn carpet in the bedrooms. Not clean on arrival - cobwebs and dead insects everywhere. Bring your own hairdryer as the supplied one is very underpowered.
- Vivien, April 2022Thank you for your feedback. We are happy that you found the property handy to local beaches and amenities. We are addressing the issues raised and thank you for bringing them to our attention. We note that the property now has a full powered hair dryer. We also note that the floor is wooden in the living areas. Bachcare
