Jill “Franks Tree House was a lovely place to stay.”
It was very clean and well stocked with everything we needed. My only negatives were:- The microwave oven on top of the fridge was high which made it dangerous to use The bedrooms were very hot and a fan in each one would have been fabulous to cool them down at night The toilet seat was broken We had a great holiday Thanks.

Kingston “The bach is in a great location with a nice view of Oneroa.”
The team and I really enjoyed our stay. Only downside would be that the facilities are a bit old. Would recommend updating the facilities with new appliances etc.
- Kingston, September 2023Kirsty “Franks Treehouse is amazing.”
Comfortable beds. Very clean and tidy. Great clean BBQ and old school DVDs to watch.
- Kirsty, April 2023Mandy “We had a great stay at Franks Treehouse, it literally feels like a tree house because it is up on stilts surrounded by trees meaning you're visited by piwakawaka, tui and keruru :-) Location was great, a short drive to either Oneroa or Ofsted, and a 15 minute walk to a bus stop to get around the island.”
It was beautifully clean and had most of everything we needed. My only niggle is that there are not a huge amount of plug sockets, so if you stay and have lots of things to plug in perhaps bring a powerboard.
- Mandy, January 2023Kate “House was good for our group.”
Good space and linen, comfy beds. Would be good to have fans in the bedrooms as it was pretty hot, some mosquito repellent would be helpful too. Overall very clean. A previous guest hadn’t cleaned the oven tray, but that wasn’t a biggie. Also ran out of hot water one morning but luckily one of us knew how to switch over to the second gas cylinder! Overall, a good stay and convenient location.
- Kate, December 2022Martyn “Hi Great 3 bedroom home in a quiet area.”
The house was tidy and ready when we arrived at 3pm. We were happy with the price and location.
- Martyn, January 2022Amie “A nice property, clean and comfortable.”
- Amie, July 2021Tina “The rooms were very spacious and clean with a nice layout.”
We had a great experience and the environment was an unexpected delight.
- Tina, July 2021Sharon “A peaceful, well presented home that was comfortable and easy.”
10-12 mins walk to the nearest beach and 20-25 min walk to shops meant it was possible to stay here with no car - but a vehicle would have made things easier to go further afield affordably.
- Sharon, April 2021brett “Good sized Bach and good layout, easily accommodated all 5 of us ,we will return!”
- brett, February 2021Vicki “We had a most enjoyable stay at Frank St.”
Very clean. Great handy location to all Waiheke has to offer.
- Vicki, January 2021Wendy “A lovely property, handy to all beaches (we took our own car).”
Very clean with everything we need for a home away from home. Angela the Property Manager was awesome. Thanks for a great stay!
- Wendy, January 2021Michelle and Steve “The house was very clean and comfortable and we enjoyed watching the Tui's and Kereru in the tree by the deck.”
Location was close to Little Oneroa beach which we visited often as we had little children staying with us.
- Michelle and Steve, December 2020Merril “Comfortable and clean.”
You need a car as it’s quite long way to shops etc but nice quiet spot.
