    NOT ONE REPAIR HAS BEEN CARRIED OUT IN THE LAST 3 BEACH HOP ATTENDANCES.1/ UNABLE TO LOCK THE PLACE-BROKEN..2/ TV NOT WORKING..UNPROGRAMMED IN.3/ CLEANLINESS POOR. DEAD BUGS EVERY WHERE. NOT SHIFTING ITEMS TO CLEAN BEHIND/UNDER. 4/SHOWER HEAD HOLDER FALLS APART.5/ SPA OUTSIDE VERY NOISEY ALL NIGHT WHEN AUTOMATICALLY CUTS IN AND WORKS.

Our linen service will provide all sheets, pillowcases, towels, bath mats, and tea towels for your stay. We’ll also make up the beds for you prior to arrival and strip them down after your departure. Pillows and duvets are provided at the property.

Please be aware this property does not have a full kitchen. There is a fridge, bench-top oven, kettle and toaster available for guests.

All guests should take extra care on the deck as there is no barrier to prevent falls.

The manual (for hotplate) is in the top drawer under the cutlery tray or at least one of the drawers.

About the location

Whangamata is a favourite holiday destination in the Coromandel. It has one of the best surf breaks in the area, as well as having safe enough swimming for families. Behind the well-equipped town is a large forest park, with walking tracks and biking trails through lush native forest.
