“The house and premise are idyllic.”
The issues lie with the property management and ability to gain access to the complex. No information was given regarding what the cards were for and how they worked. We tried over 10 times swiping at the gate with the given cards but they seemed to not work past 8 pm. This resulted in guests being locked out of the complex unless they were able to reach the 0800 line.

Thank you for your feedback. Instructions on what the cards are for are detailed in the information email you should receive prior to arrival. Due to feedback with card access at the gate we now provide guests a gate code which can be used during their stay. Thanks again for your feedback.

“House in excellent condition.”
.top quality. It was truly top of the line. The space, however, was sparse on things you typically find at a bach - games, books, puzzles, some spices, coat hangers, not even a cleaning cloth for kitchen counters.
Overall a Great, new place, just needs some of the basics.

Our linen service will provide all sheets, pillowcases, towels, bath mats, and tea towels for your stay. We’ll also make up the beds for you prior to arrival and strip them down after your departure. Pillows and duvets are provided at the property.
